1.  Structure:
     RCC framed structure with column raising with external 9” Brickwork and internal 4 ½ Brickworks.

2.  Flooring:
     Good quality white marble / Katni Marble with 4” green border and skirting and other rooms are 2" x 2" vitrified tile.

3.  Joinery Details:
     Main Door Teak wood frame with Teakwood Paneled door all the Bedrooms are teakwood frames and two-side veneer ply flush shutters with enamel paints. Bathroom doors are waterproof one side plastic coated doors.

4.  Windows:
     All windows are Teak Wood Door frame with Teak Wood Glass shutters With 4 mm pinhead and MS grills. French window 7’-0” height will be provided in the Balcony.

7.  Bedroom:
     One open loft and open cupboard with two shelves either cupboard or RCC.  

8.  Electrical:
     Three phase electrical connection with Concealed quality multistand copper wiring and each room three light points, one fan point, 15A plug point and one T.V. point and exhaust fan point in the kitchen and toilet. 15A point in the toilet for geyser purpose.  All the Bedrooms, provision for Air condition, Telephone and Television Point.

9.  Painting:
     Ceiling for white oil bound distemper and Internal walls will be full patty with Acrylic Emulsion paint with Ivory finish and Door’s and Doorframes are Enamel painted.

10.External Provision:
     External paint must be Asian Ace Emulsion furnishes or supercem paint for better aesthetic appearance.

11.Individual Provision:
     Individual sump, overhead tank, bore well water and two-wheeler parking for individual purpose and Individual staircase steps are marble with Teakwood hand railing.

12.Covered Car Park:
Individual spacious allotted covered car park will be provided.
